Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed before shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment from Australia Post.

During any public holidays, processing time of orders can take slightly longer and we kindly request your patience during these busy periods.

Delivery times are estimates based on information provided by Australia Post and excludes any processing time at our premises.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery, theft or failure to deliver.

In the event of shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather events, carrier delays, etc.), we will notify you via email. Under Australian Consumer Law, if significant delays occur, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

Returns & Shipping Costs

For faulty or incorrectly shipped items, return shipping costs will be covered by TALAVOU. Unless damaged, all Kiekie sales are final.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please see our Returns Policy for full details
