MEET THE DESIGNER

My name is Elayne Tukuafu, and I am the creative designer behind Talavou. Talvou was inspired not only by my Tongan heritage; but to commemorate my beloved mother ‘Enisela who hailed from Kolofo’ou, Tongatapu.

Talvou was inspired not only by my Tongan heritage; but to commemorate my beloved mother ‘Enisela who hailed from Kolofo’ou, Her resilience, strength and ingenuity is at the forefront of everything I do, in sharing the beauty of my mothers' homeland, our family, our people and our culture.
