• Duration - This is fixed at 4 days which allows for delivery and collection at no additional cost to you.
• Total Cost - We charge a flat rate of $600 for all our sizes, which includes a $300 refundable bond. 
• Bond - This is to ensure the Kiekie is returned in the same condition it was delivered, and fully refunded upon collection if these conditions are met. 

DELIVERY & COLLECTION:

• Delivery  - We deliver 7 days a week between 7am to 12pm, and confirm delivery times with you directly. Any exceptions will need to be discussed prior to delivery.
• Collection - To be arranged with you which must be within 4 days of delivery.
• Valid I.D - This must be presented on delivery and match the name and address on the booking. Any exceptions will need to be discussed prior to delivery.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Non-Residents - Hiring is open to Sydney residents only. Unfortunately your order will be cancelled if you reside outside of this area.  
• Reschedule - A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule booking dates.
  
• Cancellations - A minimum of 7 days notice is required for any cancellations. A $100 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within this timeframe.

CARE, DAMAGED, LATE OR NON-RETURNS:

• Care - Please do not spray or apply any chemicals, perfumes or oils, or attempt to clean/dry-clean under any circumstances as you will charged if damages or stains are permanent.
• Damages -  Please notify us of any damages prior to or upon collection. This may be deducted from your bond, however you will be notified should this occur.
• Late - We will allow a maximum of 3 days for any late returns A deduction of $50 per day will be made to your bond outside of this period.
• Non-Returns - Please be aware for any non-returns, your bond will be forfeited and your details will be sent to a collection agency to recover the retail value of our Kiekie, excluding any additional fees incurred from the collection agency.
